These terms and conditions govern your use of Bytelink Innovation's biometric and AI security solutions. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
By accessing and using Bytelink Innovation's website, services, or products, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Biometric data is collected solely for the purpose of providing security services. We convert all biometric data into encrypted mathematical that cannot be reverse-engineered.
All biometric are stored using industry-standard encryption and are never shared with third parties without explicit consent or legal requirement.
Biometric data is used exclusively for authentication, verification, and security purposes as outlined in our service agreements.
Upon termination of services or upon request, all biometric data will be securely deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Services are billed according to the agreed payment schedule. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may incur additional charges and could result in service suspension after 60 days past due.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unused services within 30 days of payment.
You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Final billing will include prorated charges and any applicable termination fees.
Upon termination, we will securely delete your data according to our data retention policy and provide confirmation of deletion.
We may terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or other violations with appropriate notice period.
We provide reasonable assistance for data migration and service transition to minimize business disruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law.
We encourage resolution through direct communication. Formal disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria.
